My work schedule changed to 12am-8am and I am trying to adjust to it but I have a few more recipes that I will be posting very soon and Pictures to add to that and nutritional facts.
The main things to remember are: * Read the ingredients the fewer the better also the fewer preservatives the better * Whole Wheat * Fresh Vegetables * Olive Oil * Little or no sugar (sugar can ruin a healthy meal and make it very fattening even in small amounts) * Even fruit Juice has sugar so read the ingredients and avoid the sugar!!! * Try to stick to low fat or soy milks * For snacks stick to yogurts and fruits as well as vegetables. * Try to make the majority of your meals with Chicken or Fish.
